These are pierced earrings that looked to me just like some of the images in the paintings I saw. They are antique gold colored metal settings with acrylic faceted jet stones. They are very lightweight. You will need to remove the ear post with needle nosed pliers, in order to use them as ouches. They measure 3/4″ square by 1/4″ thick.
