This wool felt hat can be worn fashionably by men or women. It measures 22.75″ inches around the head. It is jet black, with black guimp trim and a spray of dyed peacock herl feathers originating from a guimpe cockade and custom built antique gold focal point with red and jet colored stones.
(I'd been seeing these spiky feathers in tons of portraits and I finally got to try them out. I LOVE the look!)
